Reliable third-generation tuning chip for your e-bike with Giant 2022 Syncdrive Pro motor and RideControl Go

SpeedBox Tuning Chip 3.1 enables the deactivation of the e-bike speed limiter. After installing the chip, real data such as top speed, average speed, daily distance and range will be shown on the e-bike display.

How does the SpeedBox 3.1 work?

You activate the SpeedBox 3.1 chip on the e-bike controller. After pressing the WALK button, the display briefly shows 9.9 km / h. From this moment you can drive at unlimited speeds - 40 km/h, 50 km/h and also more than 60 km/h. Press the WALK button again to cancel the chip function. The display shows 2.5 km/h and the speed limit of 25 km/h is switched on again. The pedelec then works as it did before the chip was installed.

We thought of e-bikes that don't have a classic control panel with a walk button. In this case, simply use the key combination + - + -. Then the SpeedBox is activated. You can also simply deactivate the SpeedBox.

To set the maximum speed by switching the mode down three levels and then up three levels. The current speed limit is then displayed. To change the maximum speed, briefly press the WALK button or rotate the rear wheel 360°. The indicated speed of 1.5 km/h corresponds to a maximum speed of 15 km/h, 2.0 corresponds to a maximum speed of 20 km/h, 2.5 corresponds to a maximum speed of 25 km/h, 3.0 corresponds to a maximum speed of 30 km/h, 9.9 corresponds to a maximum speed of 99 km/h. The last displayed limit is saved after five seconds of inactivity.

Assembly

To connect the SpeedBox chip to an e-bike we use colored connectors equipped with a key for correct connection, so installing the chip is really easy. We have written detailed instructions and made videos that any customer can use to install the SpeedBox. Removing the tuning chip is as easy as installing it. If you have some connection problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.

If you want to install a SpeedBox on a brand new bike, you need to ride that bike at least 1km before you start the chip for the first time.
