Reliable second-generation tuning chip for your e-bike with a Bosch motor.
The e-bike speed limiter can be deactivated with the SpeedBox 2.0 tuning chip. After installing the chip, real data such as top speed, average speed, daily distance and range will be shown on the e-bike display.
How does SpeedBox 2.0 work?
You activate the SpeedBox 2.0 chip on the e-bike display. After briefly activating the WALK function , the display briefly shows 9.9 km / h. From this moment you can drive at unlimited speeds - 40 km/h, 50 km/h and also more than 60 km/h. To disable the chip function, enable the WALK function again to cancel the chip function . The display shows 2.5 km/h and the speed limit of 25 km/h is switched on again. The pedelec then works as it did before the chip was installed.
We thought of e-bikes that don't have a classic control panel with WALK function. In this case, simply use the key combination + - + -. Then the SpeedBox is activated. You can also simply deactivate the SpeedBox.
To connect the SpeedBox chip to an e-bike we use colored connectors equipped with a key for correct connection, so installing the chip is really easy. We have written detailed instructions and made videos that any customer can use to install the SpeedBox. Removing the tuning chip is as easy as installing it. If you have some connection problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you want to install a SpeedBox on a brand new bike, you need to ride that bike at least 1km before you start the chip for the first time.
