e-scooter tuning

First of all, it should be said that not every e-scooter can be tuned. Therefore, we can of course only present the tuning variants that are known on this website.

There can be different intentions for e-scooter tuning. On the one hand there would be the desire for more freedom, the urge for speed and even more for reaching one's final goal faster. In Germany, eScooters are officially allowed to drive 20km/h +10% tolerance. In the international area, 25km/h or even 30km/h and even more are allowed here.

However, it is important to mention that your e-scooter will of course lose its street legal status if you tune it! Therefore, you can officially only move it on private property. Whether you want to take the risk of being caught on public roads must of course be known by everyone here.

E-scooter tuning chip

With the eScooter tuning chip for the ESA 5000 & ESA 1919, the first tuning chip for e-scooters was launched. This has since been developed in a wide variety of versions for various other eScooter models. The installation is simple and usually takes place inconspicuously in the handlebar. It is activated by a secret key combination (e.g. click 6x quickly) and thus brings a wide variety of models to 30-40km/h!
